Sailed on a 5 day NCL cruise from NY to Bermuda. This was my 6th NCL cruise and definitely enjoy the NCL freestyle experience. This cruise was no different. We sailed on the Norwegian Joy March 30th 2024. Overall excellent cruise. The balcony room we had was very nice with the bed close to the sliding door to the balcony. All of the staff were excellent. We just did our first cruise this past week. The food, services, cleanliness, and attendees were wonderful. The only thing that we did not appreciate is how their employees were being exploited. I noticed fairly quickly that all the servers, attendees cools, housekeepers were from very poor countries. My wife and I had an amazing time on board the Norwegian Joy. To start with, the workers at the pier were rude. Disappointed in NCL overall and the Joy. Cons: Free at Sea is the worst package of extras we have experienced in comparison to Princess, HAL and Celebrity.
