Excellent trip all went well emergency entertainer added in Fremantle was a nice surprise. All fill in Acts were very good as were the large showtime shows in the Theatre. The waiters in the Marquis Restaurant & Horiizon Court buffet were attentive, helpful & friendly. The cabin staff also very good, kept the cabin very clean and stocked with fresh towels. The cabin had plenty of coat ...

Amazing experience

First Time Cruiser • Age 50s

It was my first cruise and what an amazing experience I had. The crew really makes an effort to keep you happy, there are lots of entertainment on board, some are excellent like the shows and invited guests, and others a little repetitive and tedious like musicians playing and singing every night the same songs, old songs. I have to mention the cruise director Jody, she is an extraordinary ...

We have travelled on 2 or 3 cruise lines, but with princess cruises more than any other cruise lines including p&o, their associate cruise line. Satisfaction & familiarity are a good description of our cruises. All in this group offer this but l believe we have become used to what princess offers in regard to entertainment (night shows), meals, room service, loyalty programmes ...

We travelled with a group of 8 friends. We have travelled on the Sun Princess twice before. We were led to believe the ship had been refurbished recently, but I would guess only certain areas have been refurbished as many parts of the ship were looking tired and carpets were tatty in places. Our stateroom was very tired looking. The embarkation in Fremantle was speedy and efficient. We boarded ...

We were looking for a short cruise to introduce our family to cruising and Celebrate Birthday and Anniversary Milestones and had been on the Sun Princess before so we chose this cruise. We had 5 Mini Suites which was amazing and when 3 of the Balcony's were connected it provided the family to interact. The service on board was top class and the food was excellent. Albany was spectacular with our ...

Few cruise companies operate from Fremantle. The luxury not to fly anywhere and just get on to the ship within an hour from home was our main motivator to book this cruise. We were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience and the destinations. Doing a Christmas and New Years cruise is always special. The ship was full of families, kids and grandparents. And some oldies complaining that there ...

Not our best ever Christmas

Review for Sun Princess to Asia

We chose this cruise as it was from and to Fremantle, and it took in Christmas and New Year. (For us, a repeat of 3 years ago, then to NZ). These celebrations were mostly non-existent and only available to a few in the Atrium. The Ship is clearly showing its' age in many departments, especially our cabin. The 'serving' staff were tremendous, but the Officers were perhaps too busy running the ...

Christmas cruise- amazing!

We booked this cruise for a family Christmas at sea where all ages would be catered for. The youngest were 5 years old and the oldest was 82. The ship was decorated beautifully and you could feel the Christmas spirit as soon as you stepped on board. The kids loved every minute and were fussed over by all the staff not just those in kids club where they came away with decorated hats, stuffed toys, ...
