yes we find cunard generally of good standard but there were poor issues on this 20 day trip. The Queen Victoria is a ship not a floating high rise hotel. Great service and excellent staff. Well we have chosen the QV again and again so feel well placed to judge the steady and then more recently rapid decline of this tired old ship. No more QVic we won’t be sailing with you again.
