SAILING THE PACIFIC NORTHWEST IN FALL!

Review for a U.S.A. Cruise on American Constellation

We recently returned from a lovely Fall sailing on the ACL Constellation through the San Juan Islands and along the Puget Sound, near Seattle. Embarkation was simple and quick, and soon we were seated for our first lunch, served with a nice selection of wines and always, a tempting choice of desserts and homemade ice creams! The ACL staterooms are much larger than those on most of the cruise ...

Beautiful Scenery and spacious cabin

Review for a Alaska Cruise on American Constellation

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Staff was attentive but not as professional as European or Asian staff. Mostly young people that get switched around on their ships all the time. I was told by cruise line staff that specialty coffees were available which was not the case. Hotel manager said they used to have a machine but was taken away during COVID and never brought back. Buffet food was ...

Our adult grandson (41) and wife had never been on a cruise. We had been to Alaska a number of times with Regent and found an itinerary from Juneau to Juneau on a smaller ship and thought that would be something they would enjoy with being able to get up close and personal with nature. We have to say that our experience on ACL was positive. The ship is well cared for, food and service ...

We were interested in cruising on a small ship and have heard excellent comments about American Cruise Lines. We took the ACL American Constellation on a delightful experience around the San Juan islands recently. We saw all kinds of wildlife, and our favorite was whales! Such magnificant creatures are a true fascination. The cabin was wonderfully spacious and especially the bathroom, with an ...

I decided to write a review on my recently completed American Cruise Lines cruise. Rather than the typical short review I decided to be truly informative for those of you who have only done ocean cruises and never ones on a 140-170 passenger river cruise which stays in US water ways. I've been on nearly 60 cruises, and to about 90 countries. Our world has many wonderful places to visit but ...

As we approached the pier near the Constellation a deckhand came running toward us to retrieve our luggage and escort us to our stateroom. That was only the beginning of the excellent service we received throughout the week of our Puget Sound, San Juan Island cruise. This was the fourth cruise I have been on with American Cruise Lines.Without a doubt, they have only gotten better and this cruise ...

Everything about this cruise was terrific. The three key staff members, Rick, Andrew and Miranda were a great team. They were always available for the passengers and went out of their way to make the cruise outstanding. The food was delicious. Excursions off the ship were varied and very enjoyable. We went on a jet boat ride, visited museums, and even went to see some animals where we could feed ...

We left the ship on day 3. Cabin was dirty, most chairs in the ship were stained, dinning room looked like a 1970's nursing home dining room, carpet was torn in our hallway (major trip hazard), our bathroom was filthy, no safe in room, even tho we were told there would be, a number of things in our room were missing and we had to ask for them, like the desk chair. (And they bring us a stained ...

We just finished a 10 Grand Puget Sound/San Juan Island cruise with American Cruise Line on the Constellation. First is was one of the most beautiful cruises I have ever been on. The islands are green, cool and gorgeous. But, what really made this cruise for us was the crew. Christopher was the cruise director. He was funny, entertaining and so organized. Rick, the hotel manager was equally ...
