We had a very enjoyable week on board the ship. The staff were, without exception, extremely friendly and helpful. The head chef was - as I called him - a magician. His food was excellent. We got off to a very rocky start! I guess Emerald was "hacked" and there was no communication for several months. Background Information. We booked this cruise before the pandemic, originally to take place in Sep/Oct 2020.
