The Edge is a beautifuly styled ship with some amazing features but it's not for me. We had a sunset balcony cabin on deck 9 it was huge with sofa and the balcony was huge with 2 chairs, table and 1 sun louger looked after by our cabin steward Karen. The ship is lovely and the food is excellent . The entertainment was good and the staff are good. BUT, our day in Bay of Islands was ruined by poor tender arrangements waiting 4 hours to get off the ship, 1 hour to get back on and we missed our shore excursion. The ship and rooms are very nice. The staff in general very friendly. BUT,! The customer service and organization is poor. Over priced excursions, so most book through someone else. We cruised Australia and had 4 ports that used Tenders to shore.
