I was expecting a relaxing cruise. I just love the fact you do not need to plan anything. In this cruise planning was the difference between getting caught up on busy main road or a chicken farm.
The buffet service staff were horrible, probably cause of the constant chaos.

Went on the Costa Toscana on a med cruise 19th August 2023 with my husband and three teenage kids.
It was not a pleasant experience and, given the price, we are bitterly disappointed. It’s not a luxury experience even though some of the decor is upmarket, we just felt hassled most of the time.

Trip from IJmuiden to the Shetland islands and Iceland and back. Reading all the reviews I don't need to add much more comment. Costa is not learning from the reviews people are writing . In short: food is always cold/ extra payment for water!!!!/ extra payment for frenche fries/ pizza/ snacks.

We just got off the boat. Worst cruise ship experience I have ever had.
I traveled from Greece to Rome and from Rome to Civitavecchia. I took a shower and the cold water didn't work.
