This cruise took my wife and me to several ports in the Med, two Canary Islands, three Caribbean ports, Miami, and finally Cape Canaveral. The ship is beautiful, really nice. Having read some of the previous reviews, we were a bit worried about taking this cruise. However, overall it warrants the four stars I have given it. The service throughout the ship was mostly very good, which was good as you cannot remove the service charge of 10 Euros per person a day on any Costa ship. I spent two nights in Marseille, France, before the cruise began. Because of weather conditions we were taken by coach to Cannes where we boarded. I was in an inside cabin on deck 11, which was quiet adequate for my needs. The stewards, Donald and Mariavan, were very helpful and caring. the destination in combination with the price. Our travel agent organised connecting flightswith KLM so everything looks good.
