The big takeaway was the outstanding customer service throughout the ship in every venue: room steward, dining room hosts and stewards, Guest Services, photo shop, and internet booth. Too few waiters, too much cost cutting, penny pinching everywhere, but staff great and ship in good condition. Food nowhere need as good as it used to be and repeated items on each evenings menus. Beginning on Day 1, we saw signs in the bathrooms on decks 5, 6, and 7 that said, "We're On it." It got worse with each of the 33 days on the ship -- to the point where you could NOT find an operational bathroom (both men's and women's).
