This was our second cruise with Oceania, although we are frequent cruisers. This cruise did not disappoint. The staff were excellent, extremely friendly yet professional. It is lovely when they remember your name and I marvel at their ability to learn new names every few weeks! The ship was spotlessly clean and had plenty of seating and pool chairs all the time so there was no sense of ...

We arranged this cruise to South America whilst on our previous Oceania cruise which was on Marina. We were prepared for the smaller ship and looked forward to the experience. We were in stateroom 7076, a Concierge room. We had previously read how small the bathrooms are, believe it, they are tiny. The ship is about to be refurbished and shower curtains replaced with doors. I cant imagine how ...

We had a wonderful time and met a lot of really nice people. I would highly recommend this cruise. The only thing is didn't like is I felt they needed more activities on days at sea. The activities were all revenue based. The food was delicous. The specialty restaurants were especially good. The Miso Sea Bass is absolutely fabulous. There were so many good choices it was hard to ...

We choose this cruise because of the itinerary and we wanted to experience a smaller ship. We are glad we did the cruise, however, smaller ships are “not our cup of tea.” We did not think there was much to do and will stick to Oceania and Regent’s larger ships. Here are out thoughts and opinions: Air Arrangements – GRADE F. We have never had such poor air arrangements. Oceania did not even ...

We had been to the Galápagos and Peru and wanted to go home by ship. We had been on the Nautica the previous year for a back to back that took us away from home for 2 months. My opinion is that even though the Marina is larger, the Nautica took care of passengers wants and needs better. For example, the games in the game room are kept in better condition than those on the Marina. Also, I felt ...

Small ship has advantages, but prefer larger ones with better entertainment

This was a first Oceania cruise for after more than 10 on other lines. We enjoyed the upscale lounging and gathering areas, but found the guest entertainment mediocre for the most part. The staff entertainment was always good. Enjoyed the lectures related to the various cultures and history of the places we were going. We were not particularly interested in the lectures on the flora of the ...
