We chose the 20 day repositioning cruise from Vancouver to Ft Lauderdale mainly for an opportunity to relax and be pampered..not as much for the ports of call en route. My husband has mobility issues and we didn’t expect to do many excursions ( I did 3 and he, 2). We welcomed days at sea.

Wanted to see Hawaii. Twice we requested wake up calls and did not receive.Holland web site advertises Dutch Cafe 16 Dutch and Belgium beers with 4 on tap. DID NOT HAVE. Met with beverage manager his answer was they were ordered but not sent. Hard to believe a company as big as CARNIVAL{who owns holland} can't get what they order covid is over.

This ship needs an overhaul. Inconsistent service, poor maintenance. Zero health protocols. Other than the Rolling Stone Lounge, entertainment was very poor. We just got back from an 7-day Alaska cruise on the Eurodam. The service was impeccable. The food isn’t gourmet, but it’s quite good for mass produced fare.
