We chose this cruise as it sailed from Havana and we disembarked in our home province of Alicante so we got to see Havana and the Caribbean with no jet lag!
The cabin (inside fantastica) was spacious and airy due to the clever use of mirrors. Plenty of wardrobe space and room to move around.

We originally chose this cruise for late 2019 purely on its itinerary but they cancelled it on us.
We then had to search and rebook, having to bring the trip forward as well as carefully choosing a cabin on a deck that would have a good view from the balcony close to a lift which would be near the buffet restaurant as my wife and I have difficulty walking.

My EXCELLENT rating of this adventure is not indicative of luxury, rather a unique opportunity to experience Cuba and to do so aboard a mega-yacht. This was our third Cuban trip in six years. We have done 35 cruises with 6 different cruise lines and over 700 nights at sea, and this was the first and last cruise with MSC. WHAT A DISASTER! Our safety and health were seriously at risk with MSC. Chose this cruise for the Havana Stay and that didn’t disappoint but MSC Opera did!

Not really impressed with MSC Opera, so I would not recommend it to any of my friends.
“Anytime Dining” means 8.30pm – any other time seemed to be an inconvenience (fortunately we were not assigned to one of the two sittings for evening meals – 15 minutes late and you are turned away).
Average staff member was good, but the more senior ones have the poorest customer facing skills. Best avoid ...
