The pick-up from the airport and boarding the ship, went very well. The facilities at the ship is very good, but that is probably all at the positive list.

This was our first cruise and unfortunately very disappointing. Fortunately, we traveled with good friends so we could laugh at the countless things that did not work.

Pros:
- The itinerary was great. Genoa, Barcelona, Morocco, Tenerife, Madeira, Malaga and Rome.
- The ship was clean

Overall the cruise was good. This was our 3rd MSC cruise and the first on a mid sized ship. Previous cruises were on the larger ships. We had cruised previously on the msc opera and had a fantastic experiance ,so chose a xmas cruise on the magnifica and booked an aurea suite cabin . We had cruised with MSC on Divina a few years ago so had an idea what to expect but the experience this time was much worse.
