Nice common areas on deck - appreciated the stage area in a central spot that was consistent with music and entertainment throughout sea days and in the afternoons as cruisers were returning to the ship.

We just returned from a week cruise on the Jewel. We booked 8 cabins and had 16 people in out group.The ship was fine. The customer service was horrible. The steward was never around and and turned the cabin down 1/2 the time. Ice? Forget about. When you do get it, it takes 40 minutes. You will become familiar with the term "no". Examples. . .
