This cruise had ship issues (freezing cold cabins and common areas) at the beginning of the cruise (first day and 1/2). The cruise staff did not communicate, and cruisers found out there was an issue when making calls to maintenance. We ran into the hurricane. Ship floated outside of New York to Baltimore for 5 days. They did not show first run movie, made excuses for entertainment. Ran a movie at 6:pm to 9:00 pm and then there was no dinner. Had pizza at indoor pool. Food at Windjammer always cold. We usually sail NCL which has 24 hour O'Sheehans, so you can always get food.
