Please never book MSC

Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

If I could give no stars I would. I joined a world cruise with MSC and have had nothing but frustration and grievances. If you are a parent I highly suggest considering another cruise line. A child was assaulted by an adult passenger and when the parents filed a complaint after bringing him to the medical center, nothing was done but a warning. The baby pool on the cruise was under maintenance ...

WORSE WORLD CRUISE EVER- MSC IS THE WORST CRUISE COMPANY

Review for a World Cruise Cruise on MSC Poesia

We are currently on this terrible cruise Over 500 people on board have signed a petition protesting the way MSC are treating us. 1. So many sea days Change of itinerary increasing itinerary to an extra 20 sea days, less port times, and no compensation for these changes or refunds of tax and port fees. As compared to other cruise companies such as Cunard, princess, costa etc who have ...

We chose this world cruise excited to visit some of our bucket list destinations. While visiting Egypt became impossible due to conflict in the region we were still thrilled we would be going to Rhodes. But not to be. More than half the cruise has been made up of sea days with substandard destinations. Food has bern appalling with regular absence of fresh fruit, salad and now no coffee available ...

Worst Coffee at Sea -- RCL Cost cutting is very evident. Not the old Silversea

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Silver Shadow

There are no bad cruises, for us they are adequate to excellent. However, I am writing this review while drinking what is perhaps the worst coffee at Sea on Silver Shadow. The saga of the bad coffee at sea pretty much sums up the cruise experience. This is our 4th Silversea cruise and we generally like a small ship experience. Besides SS we have cruised on Crystal, Oceania, Seabourn and Regent. ...

Good stuff first, food was good the dining service staff Cynthia and Sandeep were awesome. Our room Stewart Clarke very friendly did a great job. PEI tour was great. That was the reason we went. My wife is big fan of the Ann of green gables. Getting on was the normal made house stuff you get while getting on a big ship. The tours :Cabot trail was a few stops enclosing a stop at a closed ...

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Emerald Princess

Recently, my wife and I took the October 28 sailing to Canada and New England on EMERALD PRINCESS. Overall, it was a very nice, relaxing trip. Here’s the skinny: Embarkation in Brooklyn. We entered the Brooklyn cruise terminal at 12:28 in the afternoon, and because we had the “Green Lane” we stepped on board the ship 12 minutes later at 12:40. Without doubt, this was the easiest and quickest ...

We took this cruise to celebrate my 39th birthday. This was my first cruise since my diagnosis so i was prepared to only have a few things available to eat but boy was i wrong!!! This cruise turned out to be the best one we have ever been on, and it wouldn't have been possible without the staff kicking butts and taking names (and food and drink orders) the entire time! Ship: 3/5 The ship is ...

In October 2023, my wife and I took the Crystal Serenity’s 12-day cruise along the east coast of Canada and the United States. We’ve frequently cruised on this ship since 2010. Though the Crystal Serenity is now on its third owner, it’s better than ever. I rate this cruise as outstanding (an overall “5” on a scale of 5). My score is based on the high quality of (1) remodeled, enlarged ...

We book this cruise every year. 3rd time on Princess. For us, no fly. Pleasant week . Great ports. For once, the weather cooperated. In past years we missed a port or two due to weather. Embarkation was a breeze. We finally found a convenient way to access the Brooklyn cruise pier by using the water taxi from pier 11 at Wall St. It drops off at Red Hook across from the ship. Just ...

Loved my first ever cruise

Review for a Canada & New England Cruise on Emerald Princess

First Time Cruiser • Age 60s

I travelled alone for a first-time cruise and chose this itinerary because I live in NYC, wanted an easy, stress-free vacation, and loved the itinerary (which included two ports at which I could visit with family and friends). My home is an easy cab ride from the terminal. I had received my medallion by mail and got on to the ship very quickly. At the end of the sailing, I got off the ship ...
