Carnival Mexican Riviera Cruise Reviews

Great meeting this guy, humble and transparent. He just knows what he's doing. As I said,if He is not your cruise activity director, just ask for a refund lol. He's that good.

My wife and I recently took the seven day Mexican Riviera cruise on the Carnival Splendor. The ship was beautiful and the staff gave good service. However I do have one complaint and it is a big one. The food on the Splendor is terrible. Our first night on board we made the mistake by dining at the Black Pearl Restaurant I was served a steak that was so tough I couldn't eat it.It had a ...

This is our fifth cruise, and our second on Carnival. We had planned this crise since early spring and went along with ten family members to celebrate my father in law's 50th birthday. It was the first ever cruise for the majority of them. Pros: -We enjoyed our cruise director, John and he always kept us laughing -The stateroom and dining room staff were kind and providing us with ...

Travelers: Me, hubby, bro-in-law (BNL), and father-in-law (FNL). First time cruisers. Celebrating my FNL's 64th birthday. Day 1: Boarded on the ship around 1pm. There were tons of people there waiting in line already. They checked all our bottles of water just in case we were bad and try to sneak some alcohol. Lots of peoples' attempt to sneak alcohol via bottle waters failed. Apparently, ...

Hello fellow cruise critics; Yellow Fish here to check in. My brother, Richard, and I had a terrific cruise. The teasing never stopped, and so we laughed our final hours away. I was the last one off the ship, as we were in no rush to return to the business of living. Richard is sick, also, fever and cough. Hmmm. I have been fighting congestion, but feel good otherwise. Just a bit worn out, but ...

We did this cruise as part of a one month long vacation in the USA. We had 8 nights in Honolulu, 4 nights in Hollywood, 7 day cruise and then 10 nights in Anaheim. My husband and I had done a Caribbean Cruise with Princess 11 years ago and I have done a couple of weekend cruises with some girlfriends in the past couple of years. The cruises on offer in Australia do not compare to the ...

My husband and I are somewhat non-traditional cruisers. We prefer culture over parties, books over drinks, and early mornings over late evenings. Still, we found that the Splendor offered us plenty to enjoy. This was our second cruise, our first being to the Southern Caribbean on Princess. Embarkation. We arrived at the Long Beach cruise terminal at approximately 1:30 p.m., to find a somewhat ...

On 13 September 2010 my wife and I left on our first cruise, on the Carnival "Paradise," from the Port of Long Beach, CA. This was ABSOLUTELY the best vacation we've ever had in our lives!!!!!!! "My" cruise experience couldn't have been better. Let me give it to you by category; STATEROOM: Comfortable, ALWAYS cleaned and serviced in a timely manner. I was concerned about the "firmness" of ...

Embarkation ~ Overall the process went smooth, took about an hour to get through all the checkpoints. Word to the wise don't take any photos till your on the boat, you will get an ear full. We just got married on the ship. We took 11 cruising and had 25 total guests for the wedding prior to leaving port. The cruise line told us to make sure everyone was there by 1030 am. This was done and our family had to stand out in the heat for over 2 hours with no updates unless we solicited the wedding representative for the line. We had purchased a buffet lunch for each person attending the ...
