i booked this date because I we did not want to go on the Jazz cruise. As it was our first time on a cruise ship, we were quite amazed with everything. The interior of the ship, wow! Our cabin was a real surprise. It was so beautiful and clean. The service was also A1. The dining room were so beautiful. We ate one night in the dining room, but prefer the buffet on the 13th floor. I choose it to relax, which I definitelydid. The dining service was beyond excellent especially the waiters named Anga and Rikki from Indonesia.( Dining on the 6th floor) The staff on the whole always helpful and friendly. Marco was the best when it came to entertainment on the 13 floor. Overall the entertainment staff were top notch. The live music was excellent and the shows ...

My husband and I enjoyed getting away together, leaving the teenagers at home and having time to spend reconnecting after a difficult year. We had booked Easy Onboard and this made embankment easy. I am visually impaired and found that I was constantly offered assistance by staff experienced in giving aid with dignity. The staff was fantastic, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed visiting ...

We were 10 family members that went on the MSC Musica cruise from 20th January 2019 to 24 January 2019. We thoroughly enjoyed it and what an experience. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially the two waiters, Zamah Sery and Santos Robles of L Oleandro Restaurant gave us excellent service. The entertainment (the shows in the theater) to my opinion was not that great. The ...

We returned on Saturday 26 January 2019 from our fantastic trip on the MSC Musica. The extra 2 days were a great bonus and we actually had the most fun on those 2 days as the weather was exceptional. Thanks again for doing the booking for us and keeping us informed along the way. I left this feedback with MSC. I rated most of the activities a "10" not just as a default rating but an ...
