We spent 18 nights aboard Pursuit from Cape Town to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria. The ship had a serious gastrointestinal infection aboard that was badly mishandled by Pursuit's crew. In the weeks since our disembarkation social media is reporting the gastrointestinal issues were related to South African bottled water, and after that water supply was replaced by Spanish water all returned to normal. ...

We chose this cruise as a celebration for my partner's special birthday. A couple of hours before boarding we found out that the ship had a very bad problem with Norovirus and was in a red state of alert.

This was first part of back to back. Capetown to Mumbai. Seemed like good ports. On second leg no outside entertainment. All we had was stable of singers on board. Did have local dancers at one port.
