10+ Cruises

Age 80s

We have so far cruised with Regent Seven Seas 128 days in total, round South America (highly recommended), from Bali, from Cape Town. After having done two world cruises with different cruise lines, as well as numerous shorter voyages in various places, we decided the RSSC is the only cruise line for us, for many reasons. Luxury, yes, but also good value: you pay well in advance but then there ...

We chose this trip for the itinerary, never haven't been to any ports on this cruise. We were not disappointed. Our booking included a 3 day pre-cruise tour package. This was excellent for folks like us who had not visited South Africa before. We got out of Cape Town into the East Cape Wine lands, to a private game park, Aquila ,the 2nd day, and toured Cape Town itself the 3rd day. We ...

Embarkation in Cape Town seamless and we were soon on board. Nautica was in port for one night before sailing which gave us time to stock up on liquor at Pick n Pay at the V & A Waterfront. Nautica has the big plus of allowing liquor to be brought onboard - most unusual on cruise lines, but very welcome. This cruise was a journey up the coast of South Africa, Africa, and across to the ...

This was our third cruise on the Mariner, our second relocation crossing, and our first since the last refurbishment. Overall, we were highly impressed by the condition of the ship. The food was consistently excellent. Service levels were also extraordinary, and even a notch above past cruises. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. One word of advice to would-be first time Regent ...

This was a Christmas and New Year cruise for us getting away from wet and weary England. With over 20 different ports of call -many at islands and other locations not regular cruise ship stops - this was fairly special and we have came home with many wonderful memories. Service, food and general attention were well up to Oceania's normal high standard. However we feel that Nautica is ...

My husband and I purchased this cruise in July, 2011 while Myanmar was listed on the itinerary, along with Tanzania and Zimbabwe, and the remaining ports of call. All 3 of the aforementioned ports were deleted, and replaced with Mangalore, Cochin, and Trincomalee. All three of the latter were poor substitutes. BUT, it WAS Oceania, so we knew, having cruised on Insignia, that we were in for a ...
