Royal Caribbean ships are the best on the water. The service is very good and the entertainment is exceptional! The staff makes you very comfortable and welcomes you on board with excitement. The food in the dining room is not as good as it once was. The service in dining room was rude as far as reaching over you with plates of food and drinks. They used to go around each person and serve your dinner. That is no longer the case. Very rude in my opinion. Had to look around for a waiter for more bread and water. Not as attentive as they used to be. The food in windjammer could have been better. And I think they could have had a better variety of food. Was not pleased with small children in all pools especially because they have designated pools for children. Very annoying that lifeguards did not enforce babies to have diapers on and be in the children s pools. Also, no one enforced the rules for saving chairs. It was awful. Some people put towels on chairs and came back at the end or the day and removed them. Someone could have been using them. Please don't make rules you don't enforce!
