This was my 6th cruise in 3 years and I only booked it because I wanted to go to the Great Barrier Reef (before Lord Commander Marmalade kills it). Unfortunately this was the only cruise going at the time I could take off work.

I had a cabin on Deck 9 close to the middle lifts, which was a little noisy but not overly so. As I was travelling alone the room was big enough for me and I had heaps of space, not sure how it would be for a couple in a room this size (OA class of cabin).

The Pantry - Sorry folks but it sucks. I understand why P&O replaced the traditional buffet (People you need to wash your hands, obvious much). The food options were awful and the variety was missing. I've been spoilt on Carnival Spirit and Legend, as they have Pizza Pirate and Guy's Burger Joint (all inclusive) you have to pay for these on the Dawn ($9.50 per pizza and $3 for a burger). Breakfast was hard for me as I like Italian style (continental) breakfasts and they didn't have much in the way of meats and cheeses, basically none at all.
