They tries to upsell dinners (give you menu that cost extra) while seated at your dining table. Non of the food was authentic (Very salty crab cakes with hair found in my mom's crab cake). French deserts were far from authentic. When shown to the waiter, he said it was vegetable fiber. Offered three separate dishes, could not eat any. The waiter said the chef was Indian, explains why the dishes were no where close to authentic except for the curry chicken. Will try a specialty restaurants as recommended by the waiter (extra cost). Was not able to attend the main shows, tickets were all given out. Was told on the second day that the last show ended that day, but found out there was two showing for the last day. Go to the service desk early in the morning, no tickets left. We are still on the ship. I brought family (two balcony suites, 5 people). The only highlight are when we are off the ship. Can hardly wait to get off the ship. We experienced cruises from Prices and Carnival cruise lines. Food and Services are 10 times better. Feel sorry for the waiter who had to serve us the food. In the Casino, purchased scratch tickets (8 tickets), the paper came off when using the smaller size coin. The cashier also had the same problem, but worked with larger coins (could not explain why). Refused to replace ticket (only two entries was scratched).

Not cleaned very well. Mirrors were cloudy (greasy). Also booked room 9322. Will not recommend to others. Probably will not take another cruise from Royal Carribean.
