Booking experience was not good. Agent (female) promised a booking bonus but never followed up on the promised bonus. When we called back to follow up, we again were promised a return call to resolve but it never happened. As crown an anchor gold, we did not receive great treatment especially at departure as we were placed at the end of the cue. Staff service was exceptional however in the dining room and cabin attendant as noted. Food was very good as usual with excellent choices and extra benefits such as additional appetizers. Lunch at Blue Lagoon on Nassau was not very good. Lunch on Coco Cay was excellent since Royal Caribbean staff was responsible. Stateroom attendant was not only friendly but super attentive to our needs. Only negative was losing at the casino as I dint see very many payouts but I guess that should be expected. I would certainly recommend Royal Caribbean in the future.
